• Education: Master’s degree in Education or a relevant master’s degree with a specific area of specialization. • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Principal, Head Teacher, or Master Teacher. • Training: 8 hours of relevant management and supervision training. • Eligibility: RA 1080 (Teacher)

• Education: Completion of two years of studies in college, or high school graduate with relevant vocational/trade courses • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience • Training: 4 hours of relevant training • Eligibility: Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility (or relevant MC No. 10, s. 2013-compliant eligibility)

Education: Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Management, or a relevant subject/learning area. (Note: Older guidelines allowing just 18 MA units have been amended under the updated ECP rules). Experience: At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience. Training: 24 hours of training in Curriculum, Pedagogy, or Subject Specialization AND 8 hours of training in Instructional Supervision (acquired within the last 5 years); OR completion of the NEAP CPPD Stage III (Highly Proficient Teacher) program. Eligibility: RA 1080 (Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers / LET / PBET). Performance: Must have Very Satisfactory (VS) or higher performance ratings in your recent Integrated Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) cycles aligned with Career Stage 3 (Highly Proficient).
